How We Handle Screen Cleaning
A dirty screen undoes a clean window. Florida screens trap pollen, lovebugs, and a fine grey film of road dust and salt, and because the mesh is dark you often cannot see how bad it has gotten until it comes out of the frame. That film also cuts the airflow you installed the screen for in the first place, and it is the reason a freshly cleaned window can still look dull from inside.
We pull each screen, wash the mesh and the frame by hand, rinse it clean, let it dry, and put it back in the opening it came out of. You do not need to take anything down before we arrive, and screens are included with our window cleaning rather than billed separately.
