Why glass gets dirty in Tampa Palms
The conservation land that borders much of Tampa Palms is the differentiator. Preserved wetland and hardwood produces a constant load of organic airborne material, considerably more than a fully built-out subdivision generates, and homes backing onto preserve get noticeably dirtier glass than homes on interior streets a few hundred feet away. River proximity holds humidity high overnight, so that material lands on damp glass and stays. Screened lanai enclosures add their own wrinkle: the screen traps debris against the glass behind it and slows drying, so lanai glass often ends up in worse shape than fully exposed windows despite being sheltered.
