Frequently asked questions
Window Cleaning Questions, Answered
The things Tampa homeowners ask us most, answered properly rather than with a sales pitch.
How much does window cleaning cost in Tampa?
Most single-story homes run $150–$200 and two-story homes $250–$350, depending on window count and access. Glass, frames, sills, and screens are all included in that number.
How often should I get my windows cleaned in Tampa?
Quarterly is the sweet spot in Tampa, and twice a year is the realistic minimum. Salt air, pollen, and summer storms build up faster here than almost anywhere else, and if you're on the water you'll want it more often.
Do you clean screens and tracks too, and do I need to take them out first?
Screens are included and you don't need to touch a thing before we arrive. Track detailing is separate work, so just let us know and we'll add it to the quote.
Can you remove hard water stains, and what happens if it rains right after?
Usually yes, though stains that have been building for years can etch the glass permanently, and we'll tell you honestly which one you've got. Rain doesn't spot clean glass the way it spots dirty glass, and if something looks off afterward The Pelican Guarantee covers it.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a few days, often sooner. Call or text us and you'll get a real answer the same day rather than a callback from a scheduling queue.
Why Pelican?
We run the same commercial-grade reverse osmosis and water-fed pole equipment the big national companies use, so the work itself is every bit as good. The difference is that we're local and small enough to keep our schedules short, which means you're not waiting weeks for a slot or getting whoever the franchise had spare that day.
Still Have a Question?
Call or text us and you'll get a straight answer from the team, not a call center.
